Western Illinois University is offering high school students the opportunity to take Western classes during their senior year of high school. Each student who registers for a course will receive an automatic scholarship covering 2/3 of their tuition costs! Western recommends that students register for IAI general education courses so that students considering other schools can transfer the credits, but any 100 or 200 level Western class is open for students to take. Students are welcome to take online and on-campus courses.

Western will be hosting admissions & advising program on May 31 and June 1, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., so that students can come to campus, complete their application, and register for classes during one appointment. Appointments can be reserved at wiu.edu/highschool or walk-ins are welcome. The students will need to bring an official copy of their 6th-semester transcripts, ACT or SAT scores, and a letter of support from either Mrs. Hatfill or Mr. Ginglen.
